We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented candidate to join our larger Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation. This role will support our marketing efforts to generate new demand for Paradigm's suite of products while also increasing the lifetime value of our current customer base. In this role, you’ll execute email marketing campaigns, product landing pages, and metric tracking, all while leveraging our automation systems to target high-quality leads and nurture them through the conversion funnel. You will also assist in the optimization of our existing websites and marketing technology stack to increase the efficiency of our marketing efforts to drive revenue growth.
The Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation will function as an integral part of Paradigm’s Marketing team and will report directly to Paradigm’s Demand Generation Manager. This role is fully remote.
We are looking for a passionate self-starter with an aptitude for exceptional communication and follow-up. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and immediately begin adding value to a collaborative and ambitious team.
What You’ll Own
- Develop cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, display, landing pages) and partner cross-functionally with the Content Marketing team, Product, and Payments Sales to drive new leads and product adoption
- Write high-quality email campaigns to capture new leads and drive them through the buying funnel
- Design compelling landing pages to improve lead conversions, working cross-functionally with the Creative team and third-party agencies
- Manage the segmentation of audiences and creation of email campaigns in marketing automation platforms
- Provide support in planning and executing paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising — both with internal and external teams
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using CRM and ad analytics
- Maintain marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, and data quality and hygiene
- Develop a deep understanding of brand message and appropriate audiences for all our products
The Successful Candidate in This Role Will Possess:
- Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear messages that resonate with its intended audience
- Ability to work autonomously, while managing upward to the Demand Generation Manager and other internal stakeholders
- High degree of empathy and ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Ability to think strategically and leverage a variety of tactics to achieve measurable goals
- Great people skills and ability to work cross functionally across internal teams to get input and manage deadlines
- Resourcefulness, with ability to achieve results creatively with finite resources
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organization, ideally at a SaaS company
- Strong copywriting skills, preferably in the context of SaaS products
- Strong project management skills, including being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in various email automation tools (e.g. Intercom, Mailchimp, Marketo, Outreach, etc) preferred
- Experience with creating and managing email campaigns and email audience segmentation
- Preferred experience in various data analytics reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc)
- Strong verbal communication and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
