Partner and Event Marketing Specialist

We are looking to hire a Specialist, Partner & Event Marketing to join as a key member within Paradigm's larger Marketing team. This role reports directly to Paradigm's Strategic Partnership Manager and will be responsible for supporting the growth and management of the company's relationships with key partners. The primary partners consist of Bar and legal associations, affiliates (managed service providers, consultants, accountants, etc.), and industry thought leaders / influencers. This role will leverage these partnerships to drive brand awareness and demand for Paradigm's products by managing the execution of high-quality events (e.g., trade show exhibits, webinars, CLEs) as well as partner-sponsored media campaigns.
We are looking for a self-starter with former sales and/or event marketing experience than can hit the ground running and support Paradigm's relationship with key partners across the country. Partner prospecting, campaign development, and project management will be the primary functions within this function.
This role is fully remote with an expectation of travel for marketing events up to 25% of the time.
What You'll Own
- Support relationships with state and regional Bar and legal associations, managing communication and programming to drive member awareness, adoption, and use of Paradigm's suite of products
- Manage the planning and execution of event sponsorship and marketing opportunities (e.g., Bar conferences, trade shows) to drive awareness and demand for our products
- Develop and execute joint educational programming (e.g., webinars, CLEs, events) with key partners that effectively communicate the benefits of our software
- Support Paradigm's various affiliate programs, including affiliate marketing, affiliate referral program, and Preferred Partner directory
- Work across internal teams (including Marketing, Product, Sales) to coordinate and deliver required assets for partner and affiliate marketing initiatives and events
- Maintain campaign / event budgets, including providing forecasts and tracking expenses
- Opportunity to represent Paradigm as a thought leader at various industry live and virtual events
- Travel as required, up to 25% of the time

The Successful Candidate in this Role will Possess:
- Ability to work autonomously to execute projects, while managing upward to Strategic Partnerships Manager, VP of Marketing, and other internal stakeholders
- Ability to leverage quantitative metrics to inform partnership opportunities and decisions
- Ability to think strategically and leverage clear frameworks to identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that drive demand for Paradigm products
- Executive presence that can be leveraged to position Paradigm as a thought leader among industry events
- Great people skills and ability to build deep relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships with a variety of partners
- Resourcefulness, with the ability to achieve results creatively with finite resources
- Adaptability as it pertains to shifting priorities, needs, and partner relationships
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships, and / or event marketing (preferably in technology / SaaS business)
- Previous experience in project management (including asset creation and delivery, budget management, etc.)
- Previous experience working with copywriters and designers in the development of creative assets for marketing / sales efforts
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
