About The Role
We are seeking a Clinical Strategy & Operations Associate, a critical role that will shape our operational strategy from the ground up. This role will work closely with providers, clinical leads, cross-functional teams, and our technology platform to drive operational excellence in a fast-growing environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our practice, focusing on optimizing workflows, provider onboarding, scheduling, and service recovery while enhancing the experience for both providers and patients.

In this role, you will lead efforts in onboarding new clinicians and patients, managing provider transitions, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to scale efficiently. You will also be a key contributor in developing policies, systems, and processes to support clinical operations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, proactively resolving scheduling and utilization challenges.
  • Lead onboarding efforts for new providers, ensuring a seamless integration into Resolute Psychiatry’s platform and ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize the patient and provider experience.
  • Act as a point of escalation for clinical operations-related issues, providing guidance and proactive solutions to support provider and patient satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including our AI and tech development teams, to enhance operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.
  • Drive service recovery efforts, addressing patient concerns promptly and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., HIPAA), maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions that support Resolute Psychiatry’s growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a background in consulting, investment banking, tech (or similar) – and an itch to make the jump to a rapidly-growing, early stage startup
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual rigor
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week in an office, working with a fully in-person team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously improve operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a rapidly growing organization

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 with the potential for stock options. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
