Qualifications: 

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification in Psychiatry
• Valid New York state medical license
• Valid DEA certification
• Individual malpractice insurance preferred but not required
• Home office or some other location from which to conduct telehealth visits
• Dedication to providing patient-centered, compassionate care that meets the highest standards of psychiatric practice
