Now, we are targeting the most critical challenge within the $90B behavioral health industry: the overwhelming administrative complexities that devour 40% of the industry’s operating margin. About The Role
We are seeking a full-cycle Lead Recruiter to enhance our talent acquisition efforts in our San Francisco office. This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities in the behavioral health sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent while maintaining a world class candidate experience. You will work directly with the General Manager of The Support Network to help scale their teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline across various roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for both skill and cultural alignment.
- Leverage data and metrics to continually improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Prepare and present recruitment insights and reports to key stakeholders, including the executive team.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare, AI, or tech industry. 1-2 years experience in an early-stage startup environment is required.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive talent and filling a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovative recruiting solutions.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our SF office with a fully in-person team.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation will be determined based on each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
