About The Role
Tilly Therapy is seeking a dynamic CEO to oversee the P&L for our ABA therapy business. As the strategic leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing robust business strategies and managing day-to-day operations. You will lead a cross-functional team encompassing sales, operations, marketing, recruiting, and product development. The CEO will be pivotal in driving business performance, optimizing service delivery, and meeting key financial and operational objectives. Crucially, you will focus on scaling existing revenue streams and identifying new opportunities to enhance profitability across the business.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans to drive growth and operational excellence within a core Tilly Therapy business, ABA adolescent therapy.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
- Build and optimize both the supply and demand sides of the business to expand reach and impact.
- Manage budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient capital allocation.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance service visibility, attract new clients, and build a demand pipeline.
- Forge and nurture relationships with referral sources, stakeholders, and partners to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with a combination of consulting, banking, early stage startups.
- Proven track record of managing a P&L, preferably in a high-growth startup or healthcare-related marketplace.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a cross-functional team.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a focus on driving business success.
- Exceptional financial management skills, including experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong passion for mental health care and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
- General management experience in a high-growth startup or a healthcare-related marketplace is highly preferred.
- Ability to work out of our San Francisco office 5 days/week.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 plus additional bonuses. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
