About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Lead Clinical Recruiter to join our team and drive the growth of our clinical and operational teams. With ambitious goals ahead, we need a robust team to achieve them. You will play a crucial role in shaping our clinical organization, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to support our mission in behavioral health. Your efforts will be pivotal in our multi-year journey to build and grow America’s largest and most technologically advanced behavioral health company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent for our clinical and operational teams, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding clinical candidates.
- Partner closely with our leadership team and hiring managers to understand the specific staffing needs and help build out these teams from the ground up.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking within the behavioral health sector and related fields.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, fostering strong relationships with candidates.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in clinical recruitment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the behavioral health landscape to inform recruitment strategies and attract the best talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on clinical recruiting.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment functions in fast-paced environments, particularly within the healthcare or behavioral health sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to attract passive clinical candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools specific to clinical hiring.
- A self-starter with a high degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our SF office with a fully in-person team.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Total compensation may also include stock options. Note that total compensation will be determined based on each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
