About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Operations to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence within the K-12 education space. This is an incredible opportunity to help children across the country receive life-changing care, while being part of a rapidly growing startup. As the head of the Strategy & Ops team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of strategic initiatives that deliver on efficiency and growth across the business. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Clinical teams and leadership to create scalable processes and problem-solve solutions to complex and mission-critical operational and business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging data and analysis to develop and prioritize recommendations for the Product team
- Combining quantitative and qualitative insights to develop recommendations to complex cross-functional challenges or opportunities and leading alignment and implementation
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize the student and provider experience.
- Oversee all billing and month-end close client reporting, scheduling and provider training processes.
- Manage a team of 5 provider growth operation associates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
- 4+ years of experience in executing projects within business analysis, operations, or strategy
- Proven track record of driving results in a dynamic environment, with the ability to lead projects end-to-end independently
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must have experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work 5 days a week in-office with a fully in-person team in San Francisco.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000-$180,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
