About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish and grow partnerships with hospital systems, primary care providers, patient marketplaces, and other healthcare networks, with the goal of driving patient acquisition for Unified Vision’s providers across all brands. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to shape and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with our broader mission, ensuring our offerings reach and support more patients. We are looking for someone who can quickly learn in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong ability to forge impactful relationships, and can effectively balance partner needs with organizational objectives. Your goal will be to expand our reach, foster growth, and deliver significant value to our providers through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and shape a high-performing partnerships team from the ground up, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Define and lead the partnership strategy, roadmap, and execution to establish and grow relationships with hospital systems, primary care providers, patient marketplaces, and other healthcare networks to drive patient acquisition for Unified Vision’s providers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including GM’s, operations, marketing, and clinical leaders, to develop partnership requirements that align with business goals and patient needs.
- Execute partnership structures that are mutually beneficial and deliver measurable value to our network of providers.
- Oversee the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to formalization, ensuring timely execution and integration into broader company goals.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, making data-informed decisions to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Serve as the advocate for partners’ needs in all aspects of partnership development, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-related applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve partnership goals.
- A strong, relevant network within hospital systems, primary care providers, patient marketplaces, and healthcare networks.
- Skilled at creating and executing partnership blueprints to systematically drive patient acquisition and meet company objectives.
- A track record of building partnerships that yield measurable growth and performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flex across multiple brands and business units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 plus additional bonuses. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
