About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic President to serve as the right hand to our Founder and CEO. In this role, you will drive operational excellence within a complex multi-brand operational structure, ensuring our organization functions with precision and efficiency. You’ll oversee Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR, and all things go-to-market. You will manage the P&L, and explore potential corporate development opportunities as a way for the business to penetrate new categories and verticals. We’re looking for a leader with a strong business acumen, great GTM instincts, elite leadership capabilities,  and someone who is eager to foster cross-functional collaboration and deliver outstanding results across all facets of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to Develop and execute a forward-thinking business strategy that aligns with industry trends and the company's growth objectives.
  • Help to shape and foster a corporate culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing executive team, ensuring effective management and decision-making.
  • Create and implement a robust GTM strategy, enhancing market penetration, provider acquisition, and patient demand across each of the businesses.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and strategic accounts.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Continuously refine operational processes to enhance our product, efficiency and service delivery.
  • Engage with clients, investors, and partners to align company goals and expectations.
  • Act as a company spokesperson, effectively communicating the company’s vision and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Proven executive leadership experience in a technology-driven environment, with a strong background leading multiple functions across a business.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a technology company through phases of rapid growth and transformation.
  • Expertise in developing and leading successful GTM strategies.
  • Comprehensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational optimization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Experience with capital markets; private equity or investment banking DNA is highly desirable.
  • Ability to come into our NYC office 5 days/week.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $400,000-$450,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
