About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail oriented Senior Investment Associate to join our India based team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations, helping drive decision-making and long-term planning across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in financial modeling, forecasting, and supporting high-impact projects that shape the future of the company. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, assess financial implications, and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze key financial and operational metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Support M&A evaluations, market expansion efforts, and other high-impact initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency while aligning with long-term strategic goals.
  • Prepare clear and concise financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and investors to review on a recurring basis.
  • Ensure financial processes are compliant with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.
  • Understanding of healthcare financial processes (e.g. ,claims submissions, collections, and revenue cycle management) is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite).
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of accuracy and precision in handling financial data and creating reports.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
