About The Role
We are seeking a Founding Chief Nurse Practitioner to help build our GLP-1 medical weight loss clinic and deliver superior patient-centered care. You will help develop clinical standards and protocols, oversee our team of Nurse Practitioners, and collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient care and staff competence. This role is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on patients' lives.

This role is integral to Unified Vision’s success, as it will shape the quality of patient care. If you have the expertise and passion for expanding access to nutritional therapy service, this role will be a good fit. 

Responsibilities

  • Advise on Unified Vision’s commitment to providing evidence-based weight management services.
  • Develop protocols and best practices to ensure high quality treatment and continuous improvement of all providers. 
  • Assist with the recruitment and retention of high quality, mission-driven nurse practitioners.
  • Support with management of our team of practitioners.
  • Use patient feedback to improve our clinical protocols.
  • Advise on and build provider compliance programs.

Qualifications

  • Masters of Science in Nursing with a concentration in one of the following specialties: weight management, adult gerontology, acute care, family, or women’s health.
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states, including NY, CA, TX, NJ, PA, GA, OH, and more.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams of nurse practitioners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
  • Comfortable prescribing a variety of compounded medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
