We’re looking for a digitally savvy, culturally fluent Marketing Manager to drive our integrated marketing efforts across digital, experiential, and brand touchpoints. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who blends creative intuition with operational excellence, and thrives at the crossroads of luxury, culture, and commerce.
What you will do
Brand & Campaign Strategy
● Support integrated brand and performance marketing campaigns across auctions, merchandise drops, partnerships, and pop-up activations—spanning paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels.
● Develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
● Own the cross-functional campaign calendar to align efforts across Social, Creative, Product, and Partnerships.
Brand & Event Marketing
● Support the planning, promotion, and post-event storytelling of live activations, exhibitions, and cultural moments.
● Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints—from email flows and landing pages to in-store signage and press kits.
Performance & Optimization
● Analyze campaign performance across paid media, email, website traffic, and social channels—turning insights into actionable next steps.
● Manage GA4 dashboards and other reporting tools to ensure attribution clarity and audience understanding.
● Collaborate with external partners (e.g., media agencies, creative freelancers) to scale and extend campaign impact.
Email & CRM Strategy
● Oversee weekly newsletters, auction reminders, and segmented automations using Klaviyo (or an equivalent platform).
● Partner with tech leads to enrich customer profiles and optimize lifecycle touchpoints.
● Drive list growth initiatives and own messaging strategies across audience segments.
Content & Messaging
● Write and refine campaign copy, landing page headlines, and collector-facing narratives that elevate the JOOPITER voice.
● Support SEO efforts through content planning, metadata enhancements, and tagging best practices to improve discoverability.
What You Bring
● Strong brand marketing instincts, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate across luxury, fashion, and cultural audiences while balancing performance KPIs
● 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, art, culture, or lifestyle sectors
● Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns that blend brand storytelling with performance-driven strategy
● Experience activating and amplifying events, pop-ups, or in-person brand moments
● Deep fluency in marketing automation (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot), analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio), and paid media platforms
● Proficiency in campaign reporting and performance optimization, with a strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and KPIs
● Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging by audience and channel
● Strong organizational and project management capabilities—able to manage multiple deadlines with clarity and precision
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a collaborative, hands-on approach
● Familiarity with auction and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Basta) and experience in resale or collector-focused marketplaces
● Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms used to enhance content development, reporting efficiency, and strategic decision-making
