Senior Analyst, Account Opening & Maintenance
San Francisco, California
We are looking for an exceptional Analyst in our San Francisco, CA office to support the growth of our firm. Your Role
As an Account Opening and Maintenance Analyst you will be responsible for the ongoing support of an end-to-end process of account opening and maintenance. The role will require partnership with internal and external business partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. In addition, you will collaborate with the client-facing teams to gather required legal documents and associated client information to comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. Additional responsibilities include performing Know Your Customer due diligence tasks, document generation and delivery, account establishment, updates to client and account attributes, and ongoing audits of client account data.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience with client onboarding, client data changes, KYC and CIP requirements, and/or regulatory obligations
- Capacity to process requests accurately with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with client account structures and organizational document requirements
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business partners
- Strong focus on control and risk mitigation
- Expertise in reviewing client documentation, legal and organization documents
- Ability to navigate complex workflows, identify opportunities for improvements and drive process enhancements
- Prior RIA, family office, or financial services experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $80,000 – $90,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
