Preventative Maintenance Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
JOSKO, LLC is seeking a driven and customer-focused Preventative Maintenance Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new preventative maintenance sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our HVAC maintenance services to our multi-family customers and commercial businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to create and implement sales strategies that support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC preventative maintenance and Lift Station preventative maintenance services within assigned territory.
- Conduct site visits, cold calls and leverage our existing customers. Conduct presentations and assessments to evaluate client needs and tailor maintenance plans to meet those needs.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of preventative maintenance, including cost savings, increased system lifespan, and improved performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted maintenance services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements.
- Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to management.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance solutions for HVAC systems & lift stations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to travel throughout the US for training or meetings as necessary.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily field-based, with occasional office meetings and team collaborations.
- Must be comfortable with extensive local travel.
