OpenAir / NetSuite System Administrator
About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive OpenAir / NetSuite System Administrator to oversee the configuration, administration, and ongoing support of our OpenAir and NetSuite platforms. This role will play a key part in managing data integrity, executing data migrations, and providing technical and user support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Configuration
- Maintain, configure, and optimize OpenAir and NetSuite environments to align with business needs.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, stability, and scalability.
Data Migration & Integration
- Lead and execute data migrations between systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to map, validate, and clean data during migration projects.
- Support integrations with third-party systems and ensure data flows accurately between platforms.
Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to OpenAir and NetSuite.
- Resolve system issues, escalate tickets as necessary, and liaise with vendor support.
- Create and maintain user documentation, training guides, and FAQs.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve system processes and efficiencies through automation or configuration updates.
- Stay up to date on NetSuite and OpenAir updates, releases, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement enhancements based on evolving business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite and/or OpenAir.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (Financials, Projects, Timesheets, etc.) and OpenAir PSA.
- Proven experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation.
- Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
This is a hybrid role with three days a week (Tues - Thurs) in-office at our studio in New York.
Salary Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
