Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CG Artist that can produce best-in-class renderings and with a creative eye to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organisation's success while developing your expertise in several visualisation areas and software as well as management related skills. As an integral part of the team, you will assist the CG team in producing top industry standards
We are looking for a talented artist to join a growing production team creating content for marketing purposes and web based visual platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting producers and account managers planning work and budget for project days
- Planning production tasks to deliver as per creative vision on time and budget.
- Preparing technical briefing and delivery documents and making sure output is as per spec, reviewing assets and client information
- Responsible for production teams efficient and high-quality output as per schedule for each delivery stage
- Collaborate with other production team members for specialist tasks
- Advise on shoots for CGI integration
- Predict and proactively troubleshoot production bottlenecks or issues
- Enable creative concepts to become a reality by ensuring that the correct technology is available and working
Qualifications and Skills - Essential
- Experience with complex, large-scale environments or masterplan projects
- Strong understanding of asset organisation, optimization techniques, and structured CGI workflows
- Solid knowledge of BIM-to-3DS Max workflows, particularly with Revit models
- Corona renderer
- London based
- Architectural background
- 5+ years of experience in 3D visualisation
- Worked at one of the top 10 visualisation companies.
- Ability and experience to lead projects, clients and project teams
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative eye for composition and understanding of photographic principles
- Deep interest and passion for creating the finest visuals
- Understanding and attention to architectural drawings
- Preferably with 8 + years of experience in an EU-based Architectural Visualisation studio
- Experience leading CG Projects
- Right to work in the UK
- Available to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week
Qualifications and Skills - Desirable
- Experience in a creative agency, production studio, or architecture/visualisation setting
- Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM coordination tools
- Unreal Engine
- VR Knowledge
- Fstorm/ Max scripting
- 3D modelling/rendering knowledge (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Affinity with architectural or environmental design projects

Salary Pay Range
£40,000 - £55,000 GBP
