Compensation: £40k - £50k

Requirements:
We’re looking for a talented and driven Unreal Engine Artist to join our team, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for pushing the boundaries of real-time experiences. The ideal candidate will bring both creative and technical expertise, along with a deep enthusiasm for digital twins and immersive environments.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Unreal Engine, with solid experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation. Ideally with an understanding of Virtual Textures, Runtime Virtual Textures, Procedural Content Generation (PCG and Geometry Script), and Instantiation.
- Strong understanding of asset optimization and efficient workflows.
- Familiarity with connecting Unreal Engine to real-world datasets, including custom and native solutions like data prep.
- Experience with Sequencer and real-time cinematics.
- Comfortable working in a source-controlled environment (Perforce) on large-scale, team-based projects.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with rigging, UE5 skeleton targeting, weight painting, and animation workflows.
- Houdini knowledge.
- Understanding of data flow between BIM platforms, linear production tools, and Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in Blueprints; familiarity with C++.

Other Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional Unreal Engine role.
- Right to work in the UK.
