The Role
JPA Health is seeking an SVP, Media Engagement to lead a pivotal role in shaping JPA Health's approach to customer engagement by developing and executing comprehensive omnichannel strategies. This role will lead the integration of Paid, Earned, Social, and Owned media channels, and oversee a development team, creating seamless, data-driven experiences that enhance the customer experience.
This position is a hybrid role reporting to the Boston Office at least 2 days per week.
The Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive awareness, access, and uptake.
- Align channel strategy with broader marketing goals by identifying an optimal mix of digital, in-person, and traditional channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to integrate omnichannel approaches into marketing plans, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across customer touchpoints.
- Oversee customer segmentation strategies, using data insights to tailor messaging and engagement methods based on specific audience needs.
- Champion the adoption of digital platforms and emerging technologies to maximize omnichannel effectiveness, including CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and AI-driven tools.
- Work alongside data science and AI-implementation teams to ensure integration and smooth functioning of technology systems supporting marketing activities, such as real-time data tracking, automated customer insights, and digital campaign execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and service portfolio.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- Represent JPA Health at industry events and conferences to enhance our visibility and reputation.
About You
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 15 years of agency marketing experience within Life Sciences healthcare marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years specifically focused on omnichannel or digital marketing strategy.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that span multiple channels, including digital, in-person, and traditional mediums.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, with the ability to navigate compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.
- Experience with advanced marketing technologies and tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, content management systems, and AI-driven analytics.
- Proven track record of modernizing communications for organizations both internally and externally
- Excellent senior management experience including staff and project oversight and supervisory experience
- Pharma/biotech/medtech experience required.
- Leadership and budget management experience.

The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $190,000 and $220,000 annually, based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses. We review compensation annually and evaluate readiness for promotions every quarter.
