Integrated Producer

We are excited to be looking for a strong Integrated Producer who has the skills and experience in the following areas: ability to contribute to advertising concepts in a creative and collaborative manner, up to speed on production industry related news and events, technical knowledge of production, and postproduction to find efficient ways to manage and lead projects, interpersonal savvy to get the entire team moving in the same direction, strong working relationships with vendors, agency personnel and agency clients, the ability to review a concept, bid, estimate, execute, and deliver final materials on budget and on time. The role involves creating, and successfully maintaining relationship with many vendors, including but not limited to: production companies, post-production companies, audio houses, casting facilities, talent unions, talent agents, digital design studios, and any other vendors involved in the production. This role is going to be part of Omnicom Production Canada Group.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Supervise the execution and completion of a creative idea.
• Plans and implements productions of TV, Radio, Photography, Social and Digital content
• Controls budget through all phases of production
• Manages production schedule through all phases of production
• Assist in communication of the creative vision.
• Able to plan best and most efficient production process.
• Ability to focus on details while keeping an eye on the big picture.
• Anticipate and resolve conflict diplomatically.
• Understanding various Talent Union obligations and requirements.
• Understanding Broadcast Standards, Industry and Platform Protocols
• Interaction with clients including presentations
• A natural leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial/ communication production
• Agency experience is a benefit
• Some experiential or non-traditional experience
