Job Summary
The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Director of L&TD to advance the organization's talent development strategy. Key responsibilities will include managing the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing participant management, and coordinating training events. There is also significant potential for growth in this role to support our mission of making construction a better experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for all L&TD events, training sessions, and leadership programs (e.g., secure room/space, ordering F&B, collaborating with office management on room specs/tech setup).
- Oversee the management of the learning management system (LMS) and career development platform
(Lattice), including New User Setup, Process Development, Content Management, Program Setup, Reporting, User Account troubleshooting. - Manage registration and attendance for all L&TD training sessions.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee learning inquiries.
- Support the preparation of slide decks, reports, and emails for company communications.
- Assist in planning and implementing measurement processes to evaluate and report on L&TD metrics effectively (e.g., surveys, focus groups, compiling program evaluations, etc.).
- Effectively maintains organized, clear and timely communication with internal/external facilitators and vendor contacts.
- Provide support for assigned L&TD initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Onboarding, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Strong project management skills, specifically creating effective processes and managing multiple priorities.
- Communicates clearly and contributes to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment.
- Creatively uses available resources, tools and technology to achieve high-quality results.
- Proactive and analytical problem-solver with experience in executing change management strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and adaptability to new technologies
Salary Information
- To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
