About the Role 

JRM is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support business development efforts through proposal and presentation development, marketing collateral, digital communications, and brand consistency. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, storytelling and strong communication skills. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Prepare tailored client presentations and RFP qualification materials in partnership with leadership teams. 
  • Create resumes, case studies, brochures, and project narratives.
  • Develop external marketing content, campaigns, and creative concepts.
  • Provide day-to-day support to business development teams.
  • Manage templates, project experience databases, and bios.
  • Ensure materials meet brand standards and visual guidelines.
  • Support social media strategy, newsletters, and digital marketing.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, AEC experience preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.

Salary Information

  • To the extent this position is performed in New York, the annual salary range for this role is $70,000-85,000.

The range stated is specific to New York.  Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction related & Field specific roles) and internal company equity.
