Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in one of our offices located in New York, NY, Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO area 

Position Summary

 

The Senior Technical Trainer will play a key role in driving successful adoption of Judi Health’s Enterprise Health Platform, supporting clients who administer medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits through a unified claims processing experience. This individual will develop and deliver training programs, documentation, and self-service learning resources for both internal and external users, while maintaining a deep understanding of Judi’s evolving capabilities and workflows. Working closely with product, implementation, and operational teams, the Sr. Technical Trainer will help ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the platform through comprehensive education, onboarding support, and role-based learning experiences.

 

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the full training lifecycle, from analyzing learning needs and developing engaging training content to delivering training programs and measuring effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain engaging and effective technical training materials and resources (including user guides, job aids, video content, eLearning modules, and SOPs) that enable users to successfully navigate and utilize the Unified Claims Processing platform.
  • Facilitate virtual and possible occasional in-person training sessions using a variety of learning methodologies to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, implementation teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to create role-based training experiences for diverse audiences and varying levels of system proficiency.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the Unified Claims Processing platform across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision lines of business, ensuring training content reflects current functionality.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation efforts by providing training, guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and product education.
  • Assist in the development, administration, and continuous improvement of internal and external learning management systems (LMS) and self-service learning resources.

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical training, instructional design, or a learning and development role.
  • Experience working within a healthcare payer, health plan, TPA, claims administration, or healthcare technology environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims processing workflows, including medical, dental, and vision strongly preferred; pharmacy benefits knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs for enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training/documentation tools such as Scribe, Articulate, Jira, Confluence, and LMS platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% as needed.

New York, NY Salary Range

$98,400 - $123,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$90,400 - $113,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$82,000 - $102,500 USD
