This role is responsible for owning the creative direction for assigned projects from concept through final delivery, including presentations, one-pagers, digital graphics, sales collateral, event materials, and other branded communications that support the Sales and Marketing teams.

You will exercise professional design judgment, creative discretion, and independent problem-solving to determine appropriate visual approaches for complex or ambiguous business needs. The Graphic Designer reports to the Creative Services Manager and works cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to advise stakeholders on creative approach, visual storytelling, information hierarchy, audience impact, and brand expression while delivering highly original, polished creative work.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, capability sheets, proposals, product overviews, campaign assets, and executive-ready visuals, using originality, imagination, and artistic judgment to support persuasive brand and sales storytelling.
  • Own creative direction for assigned presentation and visual communication projects from initial concept through final delivery, including original layouts, typography, iconography, graphics, visual hierarchy, and narrative flow.
  • Exercise design judgment with limited review to develop branded presentation and proposal templates that enable sales teams to communicate consistently while preserving visual quality, brand standards, and creative integrity.
  • Determine creative solutions for digital and print assets such as brochures, event materials, landing page visuals, display ads, infographics, signage, and other campaign or go-to-market materials by evaluating audience, message, format, and business objective.
  • Produce original graphics for newsletters, social media, thought leadership content, internal communications, and other marketing channels where creative talent, originality, and visual storytelling are central to the work product.
  • Interpret, maintain, and evolve brand consistency across sales, marketing, product, and leadership touchpoints by making independent design decisions regarding composition, hierarchy, tone, visual emphasis, and brand expression.
  • Advise Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Services, and Leadership stakeholders on creative approach, visual storytelling, information hierarchy, audience impact, and design solutions that translate complex business objectives into compelling visual materials.
  • Use AI-assisted design tools, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative platforms to explore concepts, accelerate workflows, and enhance production efficiency while maintaining originality and quality.
  • Manage assigned creative projects through Asana or other project management tools, exercising discretion to prioritize requests, determine appropriate creative approaches, balance stakeholder feedback, and drive projects from concept through completion.
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and polished creative work while independently resolving design challenges, exercising sound creative judgment, and maintaining accountability for final visual quality and business impact.
  • Support website updates as an incidental function by creating or adapting visual assets that align with brand standards, digital best practices, and the approved creative direction for the broader project.
  • Exercise discretion to identify opportunities to improve existing sales and marketing materials and proactively recommend creative design solutions that strengthen clarity, engagement, brand alignment, and business impact.
  • Perform general marketing, administrative, campaign coordination, asset organization, and team support activities only as incidental duties when needed, with the primary focus remaining on original creative concept development and design work.
  • Bonus: Create 2D or 3D animation-based videos, motion graphics, or short-form visual storytelling assets to support campaigns, product education, social media, or sales enablement.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS, BA, or BFA in advertising, fine art, design, graphic arts, or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing, sales enablement, agency, healthcare, technology, or high-growth business environment.
  • Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, hierarchy, proportion, color, composition, and responsive visual systems, with demonstrated ability to apply these principles independently to original creative concepts across web, digital, print, and presentation formats.
  • Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, PowerPoint, Canva, and Asana.
  • Demonstrated accountability and a high-quality bar when working with production systems, brand assets, file organization, version control, and final deliverables.
  • Clean, modern design aesthetic with strong typographic skills and the ability to create polished, professional, and brand-consistent materials.
  • Ability to interpret business needs, advise stakeholders on creative direction, and make independent design decisions that produce consistent, audience-appropriate results across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong organizational skills, including demonstrated use of project management software to track assignments, deadlines, feedback, and deliverables.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Curiosity, creative drive, and a commitment to continuously learning new tools, techniques, design trends, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Ability to move quickly on new, ambiguous, or green-field projects while also delivering consistently against long-term priorities and established roadmaps.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
