**Six month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent based upon performance**

Location3-days Hybrid (Local to NYCDenver, or Charlotte) 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a key member of the team, you will help drive a seamless recruiting process, support hiring initiatives across the organization, and play an important role in attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
  • Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks
  • Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team

Required Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
  • Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences  

New York, NY Salary Range

$24 - $30 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$22 - $27 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$20 - $25 USD
