Partner Success Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless partner onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success while serving as the critical bridge between our sales team and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Serve as the relationship owner for active partnerships, maintaining regular communication and ensuring partner satisfaction and engagement
- Act as the "voice of the customer" internally, translating partner feedback and requirements into actionable insights for product development and operational improvements
- Drive growth and expansion within existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for program enhancement and increased utilization
- Own partnership performance analytics and reporting, tracking key metrics and demonstrating value creation
Implementation Execution
- Lead end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, managing complex payer relationships from contract signature through program launch
- Develop and refine standardized implementation processes and documentation to ensure consistent, efficient partner onboarding across diverse managed care organizations (MCOs) and payer environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, clinical, and technical resources to deliver successful program launches on time and within scope
Program Optimization
- Maintain accountability for partnership performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact partner relationships
- Collaborate with sales team during renewal processes, providing deep partnership insights
- Support product roadmapping and ticket creation based on partner feedback and implementation learnings
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of project management, consulting, or relevant experience in healthcare, preferably with managed care organizations, Medicaid, or other healthcare payers
- Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations or program launches
- Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, and value-based care models
- Experience with performance analytics and reporting in a B2B environment
- Consultative approach with strong problem-solving abilities and client relationship management skills
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare technology implementations or health plan operations
- Knowledge of home and community-based services (HCBS), population health, and/or social determinants of health programs
- Understanding of healthcare payer operations, including knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, and value-based care models
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Previous experience with Medicaid MCOs or similar payers
- Consulting background with healthcare focus

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $105,000/year
