Retail Brand Representative (Part-Time Contractor)

Local CVS and Walgreen Stores within 50 miles.

Approximately 15-25 hours per week. 25-40 assigned Walgreen and CVS stores. The compensation for this role is $25 hourly and .67 mileage reimbursement for driving.

Julie is a new healthcare company that offers FDA-approved emergency contraception with the goal of increasing access and helping users make safer, more informed choices. Julie is currently distributed nationwide at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and CVS. With a one-for-one donation program, we hope to become the largest donor of emergency contraception in the U.S. Julie is driven by the belief that all individuals deserve easy access to emergency contraception without stigma, fear, or anxiety. We aspire to reduce the roughly 48% of pregnancies in the U.S. that are either mistimed or unwanted.

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Brand Representative to work with our Retail Field Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products within a defined territory, ensuring that our brand is well-represented, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We will count on you to: 

  • Promote our products within a defined metro of CVS & Walgreen stores, ensuring that our brand is well-represented visually, stocked appropriately, and providing support to the store teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers, Associates, and Pharmacist to ensure that Julie Products are prominently displayed and promoted.
  • Share the background and product education of Julie to elevate brand awareness.
  • Proactively assist with restocking shelves or displays as needed by store teams.
  • Conduct market research and provide feedback for the retail and operations teams on customer preferences and trends from store visits.
  • Share insights from store teams to develop and implement effective sales initiatives and promotional campaigns driven by the brand and growth team.
  • Attend and engage in all Retail Field Team Meetings and all Monthly 1:1.
  • Account for time, mileage, store visits and information gathered via Repsly App.
  • Complete biweekly/monthly visits to all assigned CVS & Walgreen stores.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and retail store staff.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
