Billing Associate – Revenue Department (Finance) 

The individual will be responsible for day to day processing of Accounts Receivable invoices and collection of cash. The individual will be responsible for managing Jumio's process  around communicating invoices to customers, investigating and following up for aged AR  aging amounts, and application of cash received to open invoices. 

Job duties and responsibilities: 

∙ Accounting for and billing accounts receivable invoices including communicating  with and attaching invoices for customers 
∙ Recording cash collection payments in a timely manner and facilitating bank  reconciliations 
∙ Review AR aging (account receivable) with careful attention to identify and/or  escalate overdue invoices 
∙ Post to the general ledger in Netsuite 
∙ Prepare monthly reconciliations for cash and accounts receivable accounts ∙ Use in-house software and other tools to assist in the completion of work timely ∙ Effective teamwork with the Sales operation team and Finance team 

Requirements: 

∙ 4+ years work experience in the accounting, accounts receivable, or billing fields ∙ Qualification - B.Com Graduate 
∙ Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce a plus 
∙ Experience with payment management tools (e.g. Yaypay, Tesorio, etc.) a plus ∙ In depth knowledge of Microsoft products and especially Excel ∙ Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritize work assignments appropriately  and efficiently 
∙ Strong work ethic within a fast paced team environment 
∙ Maintain high level of professionalism when conducting business with customers  and collaborating with other Jumio business partners
