Head of Sales - Americas

Role Purpose:
The Head of Sales - Americas is responsible for leading and scaling Jumio’s global new business sales organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives across all key verticals, including Gaming, Financial Services, Sharing Economy, Travel, and more. This role will oversee the execution of Jumio’s go-to-market strategy, drive enterprise customer acquisition, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving growth, optimizing performance, and making identity verification safer and more accessible around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a world-class new business sales team across key regions and verticals

  • Define and execute Jumio’s enterprise sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets

  • Drive accountability and performance through data-driven coaching, KPIs, and forecasting discipline

  • Own pipeline development and revenue forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency across the organization

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated, customer-first go-to-market execution

  • Establish scalable processes and best practices for enterprise sales execution, including deal reviews, enablement, and competitive positioning

  • Cultivate executive-level customer and partner relationships to support strategic pursuits and long-term expansion

  • Represent Jumio at industry events, partner summits, and customer engagements to elevate the company’s presence and brand

  • Hire, onboard, and retain top talent while building a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive sales culture

  • Drive continuous improvement in pipeline quality, sales efficiency, and conversion rates

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams across geographies

  • 5+ years leading quota-carrying teams selling complex software or SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $10M+

  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue and building repeatable enterprise sales processes in a high-growth B2B environment

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)

  • Ability to develop and execute GTM plans aligned with company goals and market dynamics

  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment and partnering cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, and customer success

Great to Have Experience and Qualifications:

  • Background in the identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or cybersecurity industries

  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as Gaming, Fintech, or Financial Services

  • Knowledge of IDV, AML, and KYC markets and competitors

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams and international markets

Compensation:
The hiring range for this position is from $185,000 to $250,000 base. This is based on Jumio’s US national salary band for the role. Geographical adjustment is applied for tier 1 locations and more may be available based on your experience and skills.
This position also qualifies for a variable compensation package, including performance-based incentives.
