GTM Finance Manager

USA (remote)

Role Purpose: 

The GTM Finance Manager supports the financial operations of Jumio’s Go-to-Market organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for deeply understanding GTM data, systems, and performance drivers, and for partnering with GTM leadership to actively manage the GTM P&L, financial planning processes, and key business decisions. The role provides financial insight and analytical rigor to drive growth, efficiency, and disciplined investment decisions across the revenue organization.

This role plays a critical role in enabling Jumio’s GTM strategy by translating complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. The GTM Finance Manager acts as a trusted business partner to GTM executives, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures financial transparency, accountability, and scalability as the business evolves.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Operations leaders to support strategic planning and day-to-day financial decision-making.
  • Lead GTM financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models related to pipeline, capacity, headcount, investment tradeoffs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on GTM performance and key metrics, including but not limited to NRR, GRR, CAC, and LTV, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with GTM operations teams to create, interpret, and automate financial and operational reporting across GTM systems and processes.
  • Support the revenue organization by evaluating customer deals from a financial perspective and advising on deal structure, pricing, and profitability.
  • Prepare executive-level analyses and materials to support leadership discussions, decision-making, and ongoing performance reviews.

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience in finance roles such as FP&A, strategic finance, or related functions, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or usage-based business model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience supporting complex, cross-functional business decisions.
  • Experience working with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, and BI and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences and influence senior leaders.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Great to Have Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting global GTM organizations across multiple regions, including North America, LATAM, or EMEA.
  • Prior experience partnering with Sales Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Operations teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with usage-based or consumption-based pricing and revenue models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including complex financial models and scenario analysis.
  • Experience preparing executive- and board-level financial materials and presentations.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is from $139,000 to $165,000. This is based on Jumio’s US national salary band for the role. Geographical adjustment is applied for tier 1 locations and more may be available based on your skills and experience.
