We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by driving HR initiatives and supporting business performance across the organisation.
You will work closely with and support the Head of HR and HR Team to develop and deliver HR initiatives to support business objectives. To provide proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of the HR strategy aligned to business goals.
- Leading on sometimes complex operational HR issues and cases and employee relations within your region.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, policies, and practices.
- Coaching and guiding managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Leading and contributing to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborating with teams across recruitment, payroll, and other HR functions.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the HR Director.
Person Specification
We are after someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise. You’ll be confident influencing and developing stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and driving change. Previous experience of working on and delivering projects or supporting a business transformation would be very helpful.
Role Requirements
Essential:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK if required
- Strong HR systems experience, and advanced Excel skills required
- Power BI, Data Analysis and HRIS exposure is desirable
