In short, your role within Jungheinrich will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics. 

 

Role Purpose:

As a Sales & Market Analyst, you play a pivotal role in enabling business intelligence and data-driven decision-making across sales and marketing. You are responsible for maintaining, analysing and visualising data to provide actionable insights that inform sales management, enhance market intelligence, and optimise customer engagement.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Intelligence

  • Deliver reporting and insights across the Market-to-Order (M2O) process to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Provide visual dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for sales leadership, enabling informed business planning and performance management.
  • Integrate macroeconomic trends, competitive intelligence, and market data into analytical models to enhance forecasting accuracy and identify risks and growth opportunities.

Data Analysis & BI

  • Design, develop, and continuously enhance dashboards in tools like PowerBI and C4C, tailored to different stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Provide regular insights across market segments, geographies, and product portfolios to drive resource alignment and performance optimisation.​
  • Apply statistical and analytical methods to uncover trends, key drivers, and improvement opportunities for sales and marketing.

Training​ & Data Governance

  • Partner with cross-functional users to provide training, guidance, and best-practice sharing to drive process adherence and dashboard adoption.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency of through ongoing validation, monitoring, and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance to support reliable, scalable, and trusted decision-making.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Head of CRM & Insights.​

 

Person Specification:

Essential

  • 2 years of experience in a data, analytics, or sales operations role.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and translate data into insights.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain insights to different audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing metrics.

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience (e.g. material handling, automation, construction, capital goods)
  • Basic familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data tools.
  • Experience using CRM and data warehouse systems (e.g., SAP C4C, SAP BW) for data extraction and reporting purposes.
  • First experience using AI (e.g. Copilot) for data cleansing and analysis purposes
