In short, your role within Jungheinrich will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics. 

 

Role Purpose:

To develop and deliver a robust HR systems Process and reporting suite to support the HR Director, team, and Group to provide regular insight and data transparency to the business.

To provide the HR Director with data driven input and analysis to create and demonstrate value from the HR team and support to key business stakeholders in the UK and to support projects around the wider transformation focus in the UKI and at a wider Group level. This will include various in scope projects as directed including but not exclusively centered around digital transformation.

To also function as lead supporting the HR Director with a move to a different HR platform towards the end of the year 

 

Role Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Lead and continuously improve employee engagement initiatives, including the annual Engagement Survey / Yellow Voices, ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable plans.
  • Oversee and enhance the onboarding and offboarding experience to ensure a consistent, engaging and values-led employee journey.
  • Maintain a strong, visible in-office presence, building trusted relationships across the organisation and acting as an accessible point of contact.
  • Support and contribute to internal communications, including the identification and promotion of positive “Good News” stories that recognise success, progress, and contribution.
  • Create Total Reward Statements for all employees to promote engagement and an understanding of the value of our benefits. 


People Data, Analysis & Reporting

  • Own and deliver key people analytics, including gender pay gap analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication of outcomes.
  • Update and provide a monthly Executive report based on HR KPI’s
  • Provide data reports for Group in Germany including the annual Sustainability Report. 
  • Support the organisation’s EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) agenda through improved data quality, insight, and reporting capability.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR reporting functionality, ensuring data is meaningful, timely and supports effective decision-making.
  • Track, analyse and report on RPO statistics and recruitment metrics to support workforce planning and resourcing effectiveness.


HR Systems & Process Ownership

  • Act as the primary lead for HR systems, ensuring they are effectively implemented, maintained, and optimised to support the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes through system enhancements, data integrity, and user adoption.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure HR systems meet both Group and local business requirements.


Group & Local HR Projects

  • Lead and deliver Group and local HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, people strategy, and wider transformation activity.
  • Manage projects from design through to implementation, including stakeholder engagement, change management and communication.
  • Represent the UK & Ireland business in Group-led HR initiatives, ensuring local requirements are understood and effectively integrated.


In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Human Resources Director.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, resilient and able to influence priorities across internal teams at all levels. Able to work independently and with their own and cross functional Teams
  • Outcome focused: Resilient, driven and results orientated. Works to deadlines and considers impact of work on other stakeholders and Project holders across the business and wider Group 
  • Several years of experience in a process and systems creation and improvement/automation or data analysis role within HR or similar a business function (Commercial, Finance, Operations, or similar).
  • Challenger Mindset with a strong desire to learn how we operate, make suggestions of how to improve and develop these suggestions

Competencies Required

  • Systems: Strong Excel capability with knowledge and practical experience of working with Power BI to create robust and timely reporting  
  • Delivery:  Clear evidence of experience creating insightful Data Analysis, Project delivery, and reporting system processes. System creation and development and continuous improvement mentality
  • Value creation: Clear Business acumen, able to translate data into actionable insights and identify value wins and deliver detailed and high-level business reporting
  • Exposure to Success Factors; Prince or similar a bonus
