As we continue to grow, we’re looking to meet the best and brightest Technical Support professionals to explore future opportunities on our collaborative, customer-focused Customer Support team.
In this Technical Support role at Jungle Scout, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems, manage escalated technical support tickets, and act as a liaison between the Support and Product teams. You will ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and contribute to ongoing product development by providing valuable feedback to the Product team.

Location: We’re a remote-first company and looking to chat with folks between the PST - EST time zone across the US or Canada.
At Jungle Scout, we're committed to fair and transparent compensation. Our base pay ranges are designed to attract top talent and reward exceptional performance. While our baselines are often higher than industry standards, we aim to hire most candidates near this level, considering factors like skills, experience, and expertise.
For this role, our base salary range is the following:
USA - $81,000 to $95,000 USD
Canada - $81,000 to $95,000 CAD
Note: The one constant in our evolving, dynamic environment is change.
