IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to help establish and oversee efficient, sustainable policies that will ensure our company runs smoothly. The right person is a level-headed, hands-on specialist who has deep experience setting up, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software. She or he must be deeply familiar with Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, G Suite, WiFi networks, and the latest security protocols. She or he will provide direct support to the company’s team members whenever they need it. Jun Group will only consider candidates for this position who are currently legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities include
- Set up computers and accounts for new team members
- Communicate with our third-party service providers
- Automate the provisioning and management of our systems
- Execute long-term projects to improve our infrastructure
- Manage user accounts and rights according to IT security policies and standard
- Perform maintenance activities (e.g. backups, licenses, etc)
- Respond to user queries in a timely manner and identify, research, and resolve problems
- Document current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Order IT equipment and manage accurate inventories
- Communicate with our third-party service providers
- Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth On- and Offboarding process.
- Assisting in managing the firewalls and office infrastructure

Requirements
- 3-5 years of job-related technical support experience in a corporate IT environment
- Advanced experience of Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack administration
- Experience with automated deployment for Mac and Windows (MS Intune, Mosyle, JAMF or equivalent)
- Experience with video conferencing systems (Google Meet & Zoom, Logitech Rally Bar hardware)
- Jira/Confluence Administrator experience
- Technical understanding of IT hardware and software (Mac, Windows, and Linux)
- Foundational knowledge of networking-DHCP, Gateways, TCP/IP, and how it relates to desktop troubleshooting
- Problem-solving approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a part of a global team and independently
- Experience with AzureAD/Microsoft EntraID a plus
- Experience managing Cisco Meraki hardware a plus

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
