Senior Product Manager

As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help imagine, define, and build the next generation of intelligent advertising products for our Fortune 500 clients. Our in-app advertising platform leads the industry, and it touches tens of millions of consumers across devices.
Responsibilities include
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and market opportunities
- Drive successful product development from ideation to launch – coordinating design, engineering, marketing, and operations
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business priorities, market needs, and technical constraints
- Perform regular product and market analyses to identify trends, risks, and areas for strategic investment
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and inform roadmap decisions
- Communicate effectively and build consensus across multiple departments
- Oversee product development and manage timelines, tradeoffs, and stakeholder expectations
- Partner with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Lead user acceptance testing to ensure product quality
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI/ML to solve user problems and create differentiation, applying an AI-first lens to product development
- Continuously review and improve product management processes, tools, and team workflows to drive efficiency and execution

- You’re fluent in Mobile, Programmatic, Media, Tech, Management, and Operations – and you know how to translate between them
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (computer science or related technical field is ideal); MBA is preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in Ad Tech, AI, Programmatic, SDK, or Mobile environments
- Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage complex information architecture schema and intuitive user experiences
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and execution

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Verve For Advertisers employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000
