Senior Product Manager, Insights
Verve For Advertisers is a technology company that empowers brands and agencies to connect moments of discovery and drive measurable outcomes across screens.
As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory.
We're looking for an AI & Insights Product Manager to define and build the intelligence layer on top of Verve's proprietary data assets. This role sits at the intersection of data science, product, and go-to-market, turning raw signal into products that help buyers and sellers make smarter decisions.
Responsibilities include
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Verve's AI-powered insights products
- Translate Verve's zero party and search intent data into audience intelligence, campaign analytics, and market insights tools
- Partner closely with insights, data science and ML engineering to set clear requirements, prioritize data workstreams
- Work with design and engineering to build intuitive, actionable experiences for both client-facing and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure insights products are positioned and adopted effectively
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partner
Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
- You've built data or analytics products before and know the difference between a metric dashboard and a real product
- You think in systems and can understand how multiple data sources fit together to create insight
- You're comfortable working directly with data scientists and engineers, not just directing them from a distance
- You're curious, rigorous, and allergic to vague requirements
- You communicate clearly across audiences, from quants to clients
- You push for what you believe is right, but you're willing to change your mind when the data says otherwise
- You're fluent in programmatic, data, AI/ML, and you know how to translate between them
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (computer science, statistics, or related field preferred); MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on data products, analytics, or AI/ML
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and BigQuery, including working with data engineers and data scientists in those environments
- Practical experience building with or shipping products powered by Claude or comparable large language model APIs
- Experience in AdTech, media, or a related data-driven industry
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to ship products that users actually rely on to make decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Some company benefits include
- Competitive salary + performance bonuses
- Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus mental health resources
- 401(k) match and generous PTO
- Hybrid work environment (NYC office)
- Free lunch for onsite team members in NYC
- Volunteer Opportunities
- Opportunities for professional development in a high-growth ad tech company
Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Verve For Advertisers employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000
We’re open to allowing the right person to learn our industry on the job. We welcome diversity and non-traditional paths into all of our roles. We believe in hiring the right person as opposed to the right combination of keywords.
