We partner with trusted organizations (medical associations, alumni groups, and financial advisors) to help them deliver real value to their members and clients.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Manager, Student Loan Refinancing Growth to help us expand our network of partners and drive sustainable, measurable loan volume.

About the Role

As the Manager of Student Loan Refinancing Growth, you’ll be responsible for developing and scaling Juno’s partner channel — building relationships with financial advisors, professional associations, and other organizations that can refer refinancing borrowers to Juno.

You’ll identify high-potential partnerships, negotiate and launch referral agreements, and design creative campaigns that engage partner audiences. The ideal candidate combines business development hustle, relationship management skills, and a data-driven mindset to turn partnerships into predictable revenue.

This is a highly cross-functional role that reports to the Head of Student Loan Refinancing and works closely with Juno’s marketing, operations, and partnerships teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with financial advisors, medical and alumni associations, and other potential referral partners.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow referral volume from existing and new partners.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure a win–win value proposition for both Juno and its partners.

  • Collaborate with marketing to design co-branded campaigns, webinars, and educational content for partner audiences.

  • Track performance data, measure ROI, and optimize initiatives to maximize conversion and partner satisfaction.

  • Work with product and operations teams to improve partner experience and streamline referral tracking and reporting.

  • Stay informed about trends in student loan refinancing, wealth management, and financial planning.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B growth roles — ideally in financial services, fintech, or higher education.

  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker who can connect the dots between Juno’s value proposition and partner incentives.

  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot, and analytics dashboards.

  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful — thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.

  • Excited about Juno’s mission to help people make smarter financial decisions about their education.
