Position Overview
You are accountable for supporting the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of our talent operations processes, platforms and programs acting as an internal advisor on U.S. healthcare and global benefits practices and global payroll processes. You respond to employee queries, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate data and smooth processes across markets.
What you will do:
Benefits
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefits queries, especially US-based healthcare, including escalations, claims, eligibility, and enrollment guidance.
- Liaise with key benefits vendors, including PEOs, brokers, and healthcare providers, to answer employee inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure employees are enrolled accurately in the company’s 401(k) plan according to eligibility rules.
- Manage the annual 401(k) audit to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage the annual US Open Enrollment process from end-to-end, including planning, communications, and HRIS updates.
- Prepare and provide ad-hoc census reports and benefit-related documents as requested by vendors, auditors, internal stakeholders, and employees.
- Maintain benefit-related data integrity in the HRIS, ensuring accurate deductions, eligibility, and enrolment records.
Compensation
- In partnership with the Senior Director, Talent Operations, collaborate with the Finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Own the semi-monthly (US) and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy across relevant trackers, HRIS, and payroll systems, including updates for new hires, leavers, pay changes, and benefit changes.
- Partner with Talent Attraction to ensure referral bonuses are accurately captured and processed in line with company policy.
- Ensure 401(k) deferrals and loan repayments are accurately reflected in payroll, in compliance with plan requirements.
- Handle employee payroll and compensation queries promptly and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Partner with Employer of Record (EOR) providers, where applicable, to inform and update payroll changes for supported employees.
- In collaboration with Finance, set up Just Global payroll in new US states as and when required, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Compliance and Process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Talent colleagues to ensure benefits and compensation practices are compliant, well-communicated, and embedded in the employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in company systems, supporting audits, renewals, and reporting needs.
- Support required audits by collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to prepare documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of changes in state and federal requirements, including but not limited to sick pay regulations, family leave programs, ACA requirements and evolving benefits administration practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes related to compensation and benefits administration.

Experience
- 5+ years experience in compensation and benefit administration
- Proven track record of managing payroll processes, benefit programs and vendor relationships in a multi-state US environment.
- Experience with HRIS & payroll systems, including data entry, reporting and audits
- Familiarity with US employment law, benefits compliance (including ACA, COBRA, ERISA etc.) and payroll regulations
- Experience in 401(k) plan administration
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross functionally with Finance, Legal & Talent teams

We use various market and data-driven salary sources to determine a salary range for each role. Your salary is based upon the skills and experience you bring along with the salary range established for your role. Pay Range
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
