What you will do

The Team Lead, ABM Governance is accountable for ensuring Account-Based Marketing (ABM) engagements are not only well-run but well-led across strategy, execution, and client partnership. This role goes beyond traditional project management. The Team Lead, ABM Governance owns the end-to-end ABM engagement, serving as the strategic quarterback for clients and the accountable leader for cross-functional delivery teams. You are responsible for translating revenue strategy into coordinated and measurable execution across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, sales alignment, and account intelligence—ensuring ABM programs drive real pipeline and revenue impact.

Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Own the strategic and operational governance of ABM-focused MaaS engagements
  • Act as the senior point of accountability for ABX program success, client confidence, and team alignment
  • Lead integrated ABM strategy across demand, pipeline, and revenue teams—not just marketing execution
  • Ensure ABM programs are grounded in clear ICPs, buying groups, account segmentation, and intent signals
  • Translate client revenue goals into prioritized, executable ABM roadmaps
  • Drive tight alignment across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, sales enablement, and analytics
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and misalignment—and address them before they impact outcomes
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to ABM clients, confidently leading conversations around approach, prioritization, and performance
  • Run ABX engagement cadences including planning, account reviews, pipeline reviews, and executive readouts
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including paid media, lifecycle, content, analytics, and RevOps to deliver cohesive ABM programs
  • Guide the use of platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Demandbase to operationalize ABM strategy
  • Ensure paid media and account-based advertising programs align to target accounts, buying stages, and intent signals
  • Review work for strategic integrity—not just completion—ensuring execution ladders back to ABM objectives
  • Manage scope, priorities, and trade-offs with clarity and calm when client needs evolve
  • Maintain momentum, structure, and accountability across complex, multi-threaded engagements

How you’ll do it — Leadership Principles

Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:

  • Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.
  • Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.
  • Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.
  • Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.
  • Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops. Be a Difference-Maker.
  • Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.
  • The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.
  • Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable.
  • Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds.
  • Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count.
  • You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.
  • Run Towards Problems. We don’t sweep things under the rug. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.
  • Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.
  • Celebrate Results. Make recognizing greatness a habit.
  • Think “We” Not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.
