What you will do

The Director, Partnerships is accountable for strategically leading and formalizing our global partnerships ecosystem to drive commercial growth, innovation in the market, and long-term business value. You will ensure partnerships are structured, prioritized, and governed effectively, with a clear focus on strengthening key relationships and expanding formal vendor partnerships globally.

You will establish a clear framework for partner selection, tiering, and investment, while enabling the development of scalable commercial models and partner-led opportunities. Success is defined by measurable revenue contribution, additional value delivered to clients, the expansion and quality of formal partnerships, the development of new high-value partner innovations, and the integration of partnerships as a core driver of our commercial and product strategy.

Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:

 Partnership Strategy & Formalization

  • Define and lead the global partnerships strategy aligned to commercial and product priorities
  • Establish and maintain partner tiering, qualification criteria, and governance frameworks 
  • Identify and triage new partners for inclusion based on strategic and commercial fit 
  • Drive the formalization and expansion of vendor partnerships globally 
  • Prioritize partnerships based on impact, focusing investment on high-value relationships

Partner Management & Oversight

  •  Own strategic relationships with key partners, with relevant subject matter experts
  •  Oversee partner management across the business, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment
  • Work closely with leadership and legal to manage partner relationships and agreements 
  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for key partners 
  • Identify opportunities to expand and deepen partner relationships

Commercial Growth & Partner Activation

  • Develop and expand commercial partnership models (including referral and shared upside models as well as co-investment in product development, marketing, and PR)
  •  Lead co-marketing initiatives with partners, including thought leadership, case studies, and awards
  • Collaborate with colleagues in driving partner strategy aligned to growth objectives
  • Expand partnerships beyond existing channels (e.g., content syndication) into broader capabilities

Product & Innovation Alignment

  • Identify opportunities for partner-led solutions and commercial models 
  • Contribute to product ideation and roadmap discussions 
  • Align partnership strategy to approved product direction 
  • Align with partners on co-development strategy for new approaches and products for Content Syndication 
  • Manage co-development projects and timelines with the internal teams and the partners

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across the business 
  • Represent Just Global externally within the partner ecosystem 
  • Operate with strategic autonomy within defined commercial guardrails

What you’ll bring – knowledge (i.e., the critical things you need to know in order or perform the role to expectations)

  • B2B Marketing – Industry, media, and vendor landscape 
  • Partnership ecosystems and commercial models 
  • Global vendor and media partner landscape 

What you’ll bring - experience (i.e., the critical prior experience you must have to perform the role to expectations).

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing (agency or media environment preferred) 
  • Proven experience leading partnerships
  •  Experience building and scaling partnership ecosystems
  • Track record of driving commercial impact through partnerships
