About the Role

At JustAnswer, millions seek expert advice daily across fields like legal, medical, finance, and tech, with hundreds of thousands arriving through diverse acquisition channels.

As a Product Manager for Customer Acquisition, you’ll craft customer-focused products that fuel growth. You’ll identify new segments, shape product strategies, and own the roadmap for our brand portfolio, including marketing tools, landing pages, and checkout experiences.

This cross-functional role involves close collaboration with teams to meet ambitious goals. Using lean methodologies, A/B testing, and agile practices, you’ll lead the ideation, development, and launch of impactful features that enhance the customer journey on desktop and mobile.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and address pain points for marketing teams and customers, validating solutions through A/B testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate with UX, Analytics, and Engineering to lead agile sprint planning and execution.
• Drive day-to-day execution and align teams toward shared goals.
• Partner with marketing teams to integrate product and marketing strategies.
• Streamline acquisition workflows by identifying challenges and building tools to improve efficiency.
• Analyze business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Develop and present data-driven growth strategies and product ideas. 

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally spanning both B2C and B2B.
• Experience collaborating with Paid and Organic Marketing teams.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Expertise in working with UX and Analytics to solve customer challenges.
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
