About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer with a front-end focus, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern, high-performance web applications. While you’ll occasionally interact with backend services, your primary responsibility will be crafting intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that power customer experiences across international markets including the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, and Japan.

You'll contribute to A/B testing, pricing and payment flows, conversational UI (Chatbots, LLMs), and other customer-facing functionality. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate at scale within a product company serving professional services across global markets.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications with a focus on performance and scalability

• Design and implement user interfaces using React, Redux, TypeScript, CSS/LESS, HTML, and JavaScript

• Build high-impact, user-centric features that support A/B testing, dynamic pricing, and chatbot integrations

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences

• Interact with the backend (.NET) to integrate APIs and services

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, Playwright, or similar)

• Follow and help evolve Agile and CI/CD best practices to ship features quickly and safely

• Participate in peer code reviews and share front-end knowledge with the team

• Continuously work to improve code quality, UI performance, and development workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial experience in front-end development (full-stack experience is a plus)

• Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS/LESS

• Experience with .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies such as Entity Framework or ADO.NET is a plus

• Familiarity with A/B testing, accessibility, responsive design, and web performance optimization

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services

• Comfortable with automated testing tools (e.g., Jest, Playwright) and modern front-end build tools

• Experience working in an Agile development environment with CI/CD workflows

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail

• Passion for building user-friendly, high-quality interfaces and continuously improving user experience
