About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Visualization Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you will design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a wide range of business stakeholders. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, engineers, and product teams to shape intuitive, scalable dashboards and automation solutions while integrating modern technologies like AI and LLMs to drive innovative visual reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop enterprise-level Power BI dashboards that deliver critical insights for business decisions.
• Create user-centric dashboards with a focus on simplicity, usability, and adaptability for diverse audiences.
• Build and optimize data flows and pipelines to improve the efficiency and reliability of dashboard solutions.
• Apply best practices in data modeling and architecture to support scalable automation solutions.
• Take ownership of enterprise dashboards, enforce strong data contracts, and maintain SLAs for reliability.
• Leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance visualizations and streamline reporting.
• Apply A/B testing and user interaction analysis to iteratively improve dashboard performance and user experience.
• Maintain and enhance design systems for scalability and future platform integration.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Engineers, and Software Teams to continuously optimize visualization solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling, and Data Architecture Solutioning.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable, and intuitive dashboards.
• Experience with design systems to ensure consistent and scalable product experiences.
• Strong sense of user experience, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong project management mindset, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
