About the Role

As a Senior AI Business Analyst at JustAnswer, you will redesign our highest-value workflows for the AI era. You’ll map current→future state, build low-code, AI-assisted prototypes, define evaluation and telemetry, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to ship safely and measurably. You are a T-shaped BSA: deep in workflow/system design and project management, with strong, hands-on gen-AI skills. You do not own enterprise program governance or act as a product owner for every tool; you drive design + prototypes + measurement + adoption, then partner for scale. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to define strategic vision, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of impactful solutions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and is passionate about improving business processes through technology, data-driven insights, and the utilization of AI. Success in this role requires strong AI fluency — the ability to understand AI capabilities, identify opportunities, and apply them to create efficiencies and transformative business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Workflow discovery & redesign: Facilitate walkthroughs; produce BPMN/RACI; identify agentizable steps; define HIL gates, risks/controls.
  • Prototype & specify: Build low-code pilots (Power Automate/Power Apps or equivalent) with GPT Enterprise connectors; author prompts and function-calling schemas; write integration specs and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize initiatives and set quarterly OKRs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate & instrument: Create offline test sets; define success metrics; instrument telemetry; review drift/failure modes; conduct user acceptance testing, publish dashboard updates.
  • Ship & scale with partners: Collaborate with Prompt/Platform Engineering and vendors to productionize; set SLOs, fallbacks, PII boundaries, and monitoring.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage comprehensive documentation for internal business systems.
  • Facilitate presentations, demos, and workshops to communicate progress and influence adoption.
  • Leverage data analytics (SQL, Power BI) and modern tools (including LLMs) to analyze, report, and optimize business processes.
  • Drive adoption: Create playbooks, run trainings, and land change—measured by active usage and satisfaction.

Example 90-day success outcomes

  • 2–3 AI-assisted workflows live (Care/Content), each with human-in-the-loop gates and fallback paths.
  • Telemetry live for usage, quality, satisfaction, and a baseline impact readout.
  • Reusable agent intake + eval templates and a lightweight “agent boss” rollout kit (training/playbook).

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business analysis.
  • Proven ability to capture workflows, translate them into system design, and create actionable solutions.
  • Hands-on gen-AI prototyping: prompts + function schemas, plus low-code pilots integrating business systems (MS Power Platform or equivalent).
  • Measurement mindset: define/use usage/quality/satisfaction metrics; build eval sets; instrument telemetry (SQL/Power Query/Power BI).
  • AI fluency — strong understanding of AI capabilities and opportunities to apply them in business contexts.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban) and Lean principles.
  • SQL querying, Power BI, and familiarity with LLMs for business insights.
  • Effective at prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
