Hybrid role - 2 days a week in office
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior ERP Systems Developer will play a key role in the management, administration, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related financial business systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the systems' optimal performance, reliability, security, and compliance, with a focus on maximizing their value to the Finance department and the wider organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, coupled with a deep understanding of financial business processes, and experience working cross-functionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Lead and/or participate in upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, RAMP, and other relevant platforms
- Act as the subject-matter expert for data flows and systems processes between the ERP and other financial systems
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and technical specifications
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and ITGC
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices, and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and functionality
- Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing ERP expertise and guidance to teams across Finance, Global Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Create systems diagrams based on data flows and provide suggestions for changes in systems infrastructure
- Maintain strict adherence to best practices in data analysis, validation, and process flows.
- Test new system functionality, reports, and queries in test databases
- Understand and apply required security to ensure the protection of data assets and all forms of company information
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures, and documenting system flows
- Lead a team of ERP system administrators and developers
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience managing and supporting ERP systems
- Strong technical skills in ERP system administration, configuration, and development, including experience with:
- ERP modules (Financials, Distribution, etc.)
- API and integration technologies, including EDI, SOAP, and REST APIs
- SQL Server database
- Reporting tools
- Middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
- Experience with other enterprise systems and integrations is a plus
- Excellent understanding of financial business processes, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project management skills
- Experience with large data volume analytics and data set reconciliations
- Data governance experience including SOX and ITGC
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL
EDUCATION:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred MS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
- Relevant certifications in major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc)

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
SALARY RANGE:
$142,000 - $158,000 USD
