Junior Project Manager
About the Opportunity
Kadena is seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Business Development (BD) team. This role is critical in orchestrating and executing a diverse range of business development projects, from initial concept to successful conclusion. As a Junior Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and developer experience, as well as external partners. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to Kadena's high standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating complex challenges, thereby driving the success of Kadena's strategic business initiatives.
This position offers substantial opportunity for career growth and reports directly to the Business Development Account Manager.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of business development projects.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to define project schedules, set requirements, plan resources, and strategize integrations while prioritizing initiatives based on strategic business impact.
- Develop, implement, and optimize process workflows and reporting systems in a metrics-driven environment to enhance transparency and accountability.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including roadmaps, plans, and updates, ensuring they are comprehensive, current, and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives with broader business strategies and operational goals.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in project coordination within a business development or similar commercial environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum; formal project management training or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an ability to perform risk assessments and make decisive, informed decisions.
- Willingness to align with EST business hours for global collaboration.

What We Offer
This role has an annual starting salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 + benefits listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
