About the Role: 
 
We're hiring a hands-on digital marketer to run Kai's campaigns and channels. Working with our VP of Revenue Marketing, you'll help plan integrated programs that reach security buyers, then build, launch, optimize, and report on them. You'll be our first dedicated digital and campaigns hire, so you'll have real ownership of execution and a clear path to grow into strategy, using AI tools and workflows to get more done. 


What You'll Own:

Campaign planning 

  • Partner with the VP of Revenue Marketing to plan integrated, multi-channel campaigns that pair content and creative with the right distribution channels. 
  • Bring buyer insight into planning: use AI-assisted and human research to sharpen targeting and messaging for CISOs, security leaders, and practitioners. 
  • Help define campaign KPIs and track performance across the funnel. 

Campaign execution 

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across SEM and LinkedIn, plus retargeting and display as needed. Manage agency or contractor support where we use it. 
  • Run email and nurture programs, and distribute content and webinars across email, social, and paid. 
  • Support account-based plays with sales: help build account lists and tiers, and run personalized, signal-based outreach to core account
  • Own landing pages, forms, tracking, and routing. Run A/B tests and apply SEO basics to improve conversion. 

Tools, AI & reporting 

  • Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to speed up research, content production, campaign ops, and reporting. 
  • Administer and improve our martech stack, and test new tools and tactics as we scale. 
  • Report campaign performance and insights to marketing leadership with recommendations on what to do next. 


What you'll bring:

  • 4–5+ years in B2B digital or demand gen marketing, ideally at a startup or in security/tech. 
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns (SEM, LinkedIn). 
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform and CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). 
  • Practical, daily use of AI tools in your marketing work. 
  • Comfort with data: you know how to read campaign performance and act on it. 
  • Clear communicator who can brief creative and present results. 


Nice to have:

  • ABM/ABX experience or exposure to tools like Clay, 6sense, or Common Room. 
  • Experience marketing to security buyers. 
  • SEO or CRO experience.
