Salesforce Administrator

About the role : 

We're seeking a forward-thinking Salesforce Administrator to join our IT Enterprise Business Application team. This team member will ensure adherence to IT standards, handle user and security management, gather requirements, provide training, debug issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is committed to using Salesforce best practices for our ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

  • Convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
  •  Contribute to application design and development, focusing on Salesforce configuration.
  •  Exercise independent judgment in project management and day-to-day activities.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
  •  Write test classes for developed code to ensure sufficient code coverage.
  • Identify and address bugs during debugging.
  • Support Salesforce and integrated applications.
  •  Debug and provide workarounds and solutions.

Requirements :

· 2+ years of support and configuration experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (CPQ, Financial Force PSA a plus).

· Experience debugging, editing and creating flows, custom objects, user management, user security and understanding of Salesforce integrations.

· Understanding of data integration and Salesforce packages (managed and unmanaged).

· Applying best business practices for Salesforce configuration changes.

· Experience working independently and collaboratively.

· Knowledge of IT tech stack tools: Salesforce, JIRA, DrawIO, Workbench, Inspector, Developer Console, Dataloader, Inspector and MS O365 tools.

· Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Salesforce Admin - ADM201 certified.

· Hands-on experience in administration setup, including managing users, security controls, data, and creating roles, profiles, and permission sets.

· Experience designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, flows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, understanding Visualforce pages, and reading Apex classes.

· Ability to independently debug issues and solve cases.

· Experience working in an Agile methodology and Jira process.

· Experience with CICD tools.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide optimal solutions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
