Growth Marketer
Kalshi is defining a new category
Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history. Kalshi is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.
- Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
- Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.
Building a new category is hard… like really hard. But it’s beautiful and deeply fulfilling. Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.
About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to own and scale our lifecycle marketing strategy for email and push notifications. Your goal will be to drive measurable improvements in both conversion and retention by designing and executing high-impact email and push campaigns. You will manage every stage of the user journey, from signup and activation to reactivation and long-term engagement. This role requires a strong mix of experimentation, analytical thinking, and creative execution to turn lifecycle messaging into a core driver of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead lifecycle marketing campaigns through email and push using Customer.io to improve both conversion and retention metrics.
- Design onboarding, activation, and re-engagement sequences that reduce drop-off and increase long-term engagement.
- Identify and optimize conversion opportunities throughout the user journey, including signup, deposits, and trading behavior.
- Segment users based on engagement, deposit behavior, and churn risk to deliver personalized messaging and improve performance.
- Plan and run structured A/B and multivariate tests on content, triggers, and timing to continuously improve conversion and retention outcomes.
- Analyze lifecycle funnel performance, activation rates, and cohort retention trends with the data team to inform new campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, data, and compliance to shape offers and lifecycle triggers that improve activation and loyalty.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track the impact of lifecycle campaigns on key business metrics such as activation rate, deposit conversion, and user retention.
- Maintain campaign quality, monitor deliverability, and ensure healthy audience segmentation and suppression practices.
- Prioritize lifecycle initiatives that demonstrate clear impact on both short-term conversion and long-term retention.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 or more years of experience in lifecycle, engagement, or growth marketing focused on email and push channels.
- Hands-on experience using Customer.io or similar lifecycle marketing platforms to design automated, data-driven campaigns.
- Proven success running experiments that improved both conversion and retention metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel performance, and statistical testing.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices including onboarding, reactivation, and churn prevention.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, design, and growth teams.
- High ownership, curiosity, and a test-and-learn mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, trading, marketplaces, or other data-heavy consumer products.
